Since 2015, Bayha Group has revolutionized accessible paid work experiences for youth through the creation and expansion of our competency-based Registered Apprentice Programs (RAPs). As Apprenticeship Industry Intermediaries, Bayha Group has provided paid, work-based learning experiences for over 1,400 young people in Deep Dives across diverse occupations such as Co-Designers, Software Developer Technician, Producers/Directors, and AR/VR Technical Writers. In addition, Bayha Group has registered over 565 pre-apprentices

Our apprentices play a vital role in Co-Designing our programs, taking shared responsibility for planning and customizing work experiences for their peers. This collaborative approach is at the heart of Bayha Group, where our RAPs are designed for youth, and by youth.

The success of our RAPs depends on ongoing collaboration and relationships with both industry partners and school districts. For school districts, we offer grant-writing, consulting, and infrastructural support to run competency-based RAPs. In addition, we provide Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Accessibility (DEIA) strategies infused into recruiting, hiring, and retention in Registered Pre-Apprenticeship and Apprenticeship programs. For employers, we connect them with a strong cohort of youth eager to acquire skills and make an impact in these industries.

If you are interested in exploring how our organizations might collaborate, please reach out to connect@bayhagroup.com. Together, we are forging pathways to connect underserved youth to high-quality jobs and build sustainable workforce model for the future.

Partnering with industry professionals, WorkWonder has inspired 1400+ interns, pre-apprentices, and apprentices by creating impactful and accessible internship, pre-apprenticeship, and apprenticeship opportunities in a multitude of pathways. Interns, pre-apprentices, and apprentices are introduced to and utilize industry-level technology alongside workshops providing support for resume building, interview tips, and behavioral coaching. Having youth on staff provides a fresh perspective and helps co-design programs to meet ever-changing educational needs.
